How to use Lipsum?
Step 1: Select the lipsum source
You can see a wide box on the topleft corner of Lipsum with the value 'The text on the Clipboard'. This boxes specifies the source, that Lipsum will use as a source of the random text. Clicking on the box, you can see some possible sources in many languages. Choose the one according to your taste.
Step 2: Choose number of paragraphs
After selecting the source, you can choose how many paragraphs of random text do you need. You can select that value from the box next to the lipsum-source box. The default value is 4, but you can change that from 1 to 40.
Step 3: Change the length of paragraphs
Sometimes you need only smaller paragraphs or just one simple slogan-like text. Sometimes you need long-long texts to fill pages and check what happens with the layout. You can adjust the average length of the paragraphs with the rightmost box. The value 'short' generates sentences with 2-8 words, 'middle' uses 3-20 words in a sentence and 'long' uses 6-40 words.
Step 4: Generate!
After you set all options, only one thing remained: to press the 'Generate lipsum' button. After that the generated text is filling the main box of Lipsum. Now, the text is ready to do something with it.
Step 5: Copy and use
To use the generated lipsum, you have to copy it to the Clipboard. You can do that by clicking on the 'Copy to Clipboard' button or right-click on the text and select the 'Copy to Clipboard' menupoint from the context-menu. The appearing text will inform you that the lipsum is on the Clipboard and ready to use.
